Well, as you've noticed, I am not good at keeping up with this, but I did have to jump on and record something that my beautiful little 5 year old, Bailey, said. We went to the gym yesterday and talked to a salesman about a membership. We got the membership and went home to get stuff to swim. On the way back to the gym, Bailey told me that I should marry that boy at the gym. I laughed and asked her why and she said because he was cute and nice. And those things are on her list that she told me I needed in a new husband. She then said the following, which made me laugh as well as broke my heart....
"Mommy, when you looked in Daddy's eyes, couldn't you see that he was trouble?"
"Couldn't you see what he was thinking?"
"He was thinking, I'm going to marry this girl, have a baby with her, then leave her and divorce her."
"That's what he was thinking mom, didn't you know that, Mom?"
"Didn't you know he was going to be trouble?"
I didn't know what to say to her. It is so amazing what little children know and see, and we give them so little credit.
Boston doesn't want me to go on a date at all, because she, in her words, "wants her old Daddy back".
It is so hard to be the one that has to pick up the pieces of their broken little hearts. I love those girls with all my heart and I pray that I am able to be a good enough mom to them and a good enough example that they will move on from all of this and be amazing women!

I have the best family in the world. John and Lindsay built out their basement so that my girls and I would have somewhere to live. They have gone above and beyond what anyone could even dare to hope for. Kirt and Leslie gave me their car so that I could get around. And everyone else has given financial support, moral support, and watch my kids while I am at work. I love them all so much and hope they know that I would do anything for them!
