Out of the mouths of babes...

Yet again, I have a funny story about something my sweet Bailey said. On Monday night I was cooking dinner and she kept asking me if she could call Peter and invite him over. I told her no several times, but she wanted to call him soooo bad! Finally I gave in and she called him. She talked to him for 5-7 minutes I'm guessing. When she got off the phone she was disappointed that he couldn't come over. I asked her what she talked about and she said "Lot's of things." Oh. LOL! Did he tell you thank you for the cookies? (We made cookies the day before and took them over to him) She got excited and said, "Yes! And he said......oh wait, I shouldn't tell you what he said." What did he say? "He said the 'F' word, mom." WHAT? What did he say? "Will I get in trouble if I tell you?" No honey, tell me what he said. "He said, The cookies were frickin' good!" It was all I could do not to laugh.
I hope I didn't make a mistake by introducing my girls to Peter....they like him a lot. I don't want to hurt them any more than they have already been hurt!
